Black-throated Wattle-eye (Platysteira peltata)
Description:
This is a juvenile Black-throated Wattle-eye Platysteira peltata, the only member of the genus that occurs south of the Zambezi River. The bright red wattles for which the genus is named are obvious in this photo.
